from wheat germs
Natural delicacy
Food from wheat germs is an
absolutely natural sweet
delicacy. It is produced from
carefully selected and washed
wheat with high capacity to
germinate. Wheat germs are grown
in a highly hygienic
environment, in four
independently controlled grow
rooms. The rooms have tiled
walls and are air conditioned.
The grow rooms offer a special
internal environment that allows
growing of healthy and hardy
germs in dark. After they grow
up to 15-20 cm, wheat germs are
ready for further processing
(dehydration).
Wheat germs are dehydrated very
carefully in a five-belt drying
machine that allows preservation
of valuable nutritional
characteristics. In this way
dehydrated sweet wheat germs are
ready, as a semi finished
product, for further
processing.
Preparation of this production
program was based on the
philosophy combining the
pleasant taste and favourable
effects of wheat germs on human
body that have been becoming
increasingly important for
consumers. Although the
nutritional values have been
known for a long time,
scientists working in the area
of strengthening of humane
immune system have started
focusing on wheat germs only
recently. But by us produced
food from wheat germs is not a
medicine; it is first of all
healthy food that attracts
consumers by its delicate
flavour. The processing
technology does not include any
artificial sweeteners or
preservatives. Even the primary
form of the food is
characterized in high
nutritional value and may be
further processed according to
the wishes of the consumer.
